Mark grew up as the youngest of three much bigger brothers and learnt from an early age that to get on in life he would have to assert himself and be able to get on with people.
He developed a distaste for unfairness, prejudice and discrimination and a desire to MPower™ individuals who need some support to help them overcome their challenges and be the best they can be.
He established MAX Training & Development in 2006 after amassing eclectic experience in international sales, customer service, quality and leadership since 1986.
MAX has evolved over 18 years to help any individual overcome their very real fears. Mark delivers impactful keynote talks, MPower™ing workshops, coaching and Havening Techniques® therapy to free individuals from life-limiting concerns, phobias and PTS.
He is a Certified Fear Adrenal Stress Training Instructor for Adults & Children, is one of the few Certified Trainers Havening Techniques® Trainer and Practitioner, Certified DiSC® Practitioner & Chartered PSHE Practitioner. He is a 2nd Dan in Karate and has studied with the best internationally recognised practical self-defence trainers.
His approach is very practical and the positive effects are immediate.
