- Challenging existing narratives

- Societal factors and the impact of money

- Cultural differences in menopause

- The UK’s influence on menopause narratives

- Alternative perspectives on menopause

- The importance of lifestyle factors

- Societal perceptions of post-menopausal women in a patriarchal culture

- Dismantling misogynistic stereotypes
