What are ways to replace these negative states with spiritual healing, self-care, and self-love. Angela discusses the need for resilience and adaptation. She highlights how important these are today in the face of social media demands, technology demands, and the stresses from post-COVID isolation. Where does our resilience come from? How do we tap into it? Can we empower ourselves with the tools to “chill out?” Importatntly, our guest shares different activities that can be brought into our daily life, even if we have a space of five seconds to five minutes. Angela Coleman is the author of The Art of Chilling Out for Women. She is a holistic health expert who founded the global nonprofit Sisterhood Agenda in 1994. She later founded the for-profit business, Sisterhood Agenda Enterprises, LLC. Coleman is the author of more than twenty books. these include Girls Guide: How to Relax and Let Go; Girls Guide: How to Be Like Michelle Obama; and Girls Guide: How to Lose Weight Fast & Forever.
