63. It's okay if you honour your loved one in different ways than before
Manage episode 422782692 series 3576315
In this episode, I talk about my dad's death anniversary last month and how it played out differently than how I normal plan these types of days.
It's okay to do things differently and it doesn't mean you love them any less.
We have the opportunity to honour and celebrate our loved ones any day of the year and if you didn't cry or feel an emotional release on an "important" day, there will be lots of times when the grief hits you out of no where and allows you to release and process then.
