Let’s talk ruminating thoughts! And, how exhausting they are... am I right?
In this episode, my goal is to give you a safe space to explore and understand the origins of repetitive, negative, and distressing ruminating thoughts. We’ll also chat about 12 high-level coping tools to help manage and reduce the impact of ruminating thoughts on your daily life, ultimately aiming to cultivate a more peaceful, balanced, and meaningful existence.
This episode also touches on a variety of triggers and underlying causes for these thoughts, including unresolved grief, stress, perfectionism, and trauma, to name a few. I’m here to help you tap into self-compassion, self-awareness, and setting realistic expectations to handle ruminative thinking effectively.
