Mindfulness, or being in the moment is more than just a courtesy to those around you, it's a necessity for mental fitness, remaining calm and maintaining a positive attitude. In this episode Judy and Jodi discuss the concept of mindfulness and the practice of PQ reps (Positive Intelligence repetitions).
