Is this weight loss mistake helping you lose weight? Is the scale your friend or foe? How often are you weighing yourself? When you weigh yourself does it bring up feelings, maybe good, maybe bad? Today I’m going to be sharing something I recently coached one of my clients through.

Questions to ask yourself:

1. Are you using the scale to control your weight?
2. Do you feel like crap after weighing yourself sometimes?
3. What is your goal? Bigger vision for your health?
4. Do you already know if you don’t feel good from how you have been eating or not moving?
5. What other ways can you get feedback if things are going well?
