Season 4 Episode 18
My guest, Sarah Wagener, tLMHC is back for another episode. It's the final episode in the series "WTF Is (therapy type)?" In Season 4.
Sarah is working specifically in perinatal care and reproductive health, in addition to several other behavioral health disorders, and I knew I wanted to chat with her about her what perinatal mental health looks like in her office and educating other health professionals, as well as discussing Trauma Informed Care.
PLEASE NOTE:
We discuss the following topics that may be distressing to listeners - various trauma experiences, pregnancy/birth, loss, abuse.
