Welcome to Part IV of my 8 episode series about my time with WA Police.

In this episode, we dive into an exciting and transformative chapter of my career, working on a major project that truly tested my limits and expanded my skill set. From getting out of probation early to learning an overwhelming amount of information in record time, I found myself traveling across the state, setting up training packages, and stepping into roles that challenged me professionally and personally.

But, as is often the case, it wasn’t all smooth sailing. Despite the thrill of the job and the joy of seeing familiar faces in unexpected environments, I was constantly reminded of my junior rank and the challenges of being undermined at every turn. It was a rollercoaster ride of growth, resilience, and determination that ultimately set the foundation for my policing career.

Join me as I reflect on the highs, the lows, and everything in between from this pivotal time, filled with lessons on perseverance, finding joy in unexpected places, and pushing through even when others doubt you.
