1. Setting the ground rules and reviewing existing policies to identify any specific updates that are required.
2. Draft and implement your policy clearly outlining your expectations, acceptable usage, privacy considerations, and consequences for non-compliance.
3. Conduct training to educate your employees on the policy details and follow through with enforcing the policy.
4. Reasonably and ethically open a well-documented investigation into any misconduct (& the steps you need to take to do so).
