What often happens is when you first start hiring employees, your paperwork is accurate and you have a compliant HR foundation for your business. Over time, as you grow and get busier, this compliance may start to slip and what we call compliance creep starts to set in.
That being said, while you’re doing your mid-year reviews, it’s best practice to also do an HR audit to keep your business in compliance. This week’s episode of the Entrepreneur to Employer podcast is about how to avoid compliance creep with a DIY HR audit.
