The month of May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we couldn’t be more proud to share this incredible episode.
In the past few months, we’ve been devastated with news stories of college athletes losing battles with mental health.
In this episode we start by discussing the unfortunate news of JMU softball player Lauren Bernett’s death. A student athlete gone too soon.
We also had the privilege of speaking with current collegiate athletes Lexy Linton and Kristina Donza. Both share some amazing and real testimonies of personal struggles and there peers struggles with mental health.
