The son of immigrants Massimo grew up in New York City. As a child he convinced his parents to buy him a bike and he learned to ride on the busy streets of New York. As challenging as that may have been he was hooked and the bike has been a significant part of his life ever since. From high school to college and beyond. Speaking of college Massimo holds a Masters Degree from Columbia University in international relations and post graduate degrees from New York University and St Johns. Yeah Dave and I were in over our head with this guy ;) Seriously Massimo is a great guy doing great things as a board member of Ride For Racial Justice (RFRJ). Their mission is to ensure access to resources, education, and community for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) Cyclist and to dismantle systemic racism.
