This was a heavy one! Mike Rafter has lived a very interesting life and had so much success first as a pro skater travelling the world doing demos and contests, and later even worked for Thrasher Mag! After the skate career he tried his hand at owning a couple of skate shops but that is a tough market and had pursue taking a job. Ended up Working at Apple for 10 years and is now working at Vimeo. He has had some incredible highs and some tough lows. Mike opens up about his relationship with his late father and how tough it was and has been since his passing as well as some of his coping mechanisms. Mike has some great advice for all of us regarding our mental health. We talk about this recent marriage last September and buying a house. Life is good, he spends his time riding his bike, going on adventures and taking fantastic pictures.
