The 10 Commitment Deaths are what keep you from reaching your goals. You end starting something, then stopping, you don't plan ahead of time, you don't believe in yourself, etc.
When you want to commit to something, you have to start shifting your mindset and create new thought patterns. Your brain is going to fight back and resist this change because it is trying to protect you. That's okay. Once you are aware of your goal and your thoughts, you can start doing things even when you do feel like it.
You learn discipline, you believe in yourself, and you start trusting yourself. This is what growth looks like. You may get off the path, but you are capable of finding your way back because you are evaluating what is working and what isn't working.
Many of us are guilty of doing a number of these commitment deaths. Let's start changing that!
