So many people start the new year with resolutions, usually around establishing or continuing healthy habits. What I've noticed this year in particular is the emphasis on "Dry January," or giving up drinking for 31 days. While the reasons for starting this resolution vary drastically from person to person, there are several trends that I've noticed in my work that I wanted to share. And, after discussing more with Mindset Coach Andee, there are other intricate pieces of this sobriety puzzle that needed to be brought to light. So we took it upon ourselves to discuss in detail - and here are the fruits of our labor!
