Did you know that there are more than 1.1 million people living with HIV/AIDS in the U.S., and approximately 476,100 are Black? Did you know that Black women, youth, gay and bisexual men account for a large number of new HIV diagnoses? Although there is no cure for HIV, HIV can be controlled. People no longer have to die from HIV. HIV no longer has to progress to AIDS. In this episode I breakdown everything you need to know about HIV in the Black Community.
