It’s frustrating to recognize that we simply don't have the internal resources we need to take action despite having the capability to do so.

Most of us are highly-capable individuals who know how to show up as coaches, serve our people, and help them create their desired changes. That passion drives us to keep growing and doing more, but the problem arises when we don’t check in with ourselves and get honest about our capacity.

Today I’m talking about the difference between capability and capacity and how it might inform your work inside your coaching practice. I’m sharing the difficult yet necessary decisions I’ve recently made to respect my current capacity while still growing and scaling a business I love, how I think about capacity vs. capability, old beliefs that came up when I decided to step back, why these decisions are necessary for building a sustainable coaching practice, and more. Enjoy the episode!
