You asked. I'm delivering. You wanted to hear about some basic strength training that you can do to help you run better... help you become a better runner... help you be a stronger athlete while you run.
We talk planks, we talk flamingos and pretzel rods and bicycles and fire hydrants and a bunch more simple exercises you can do to help you achieve what you want to achieve.
Yes, those weird names are just nicknames I use for the different exercises. I'm sure there are far more technical names for these same exercises. But they're boring names and besides I don't know them or knew them and forgot them.
