Battling Temptation? Say these affirmations daily to help you get through the day.
My series: Things I Wish I Knew When I Was Crazy offers solutions to life's challenges such as addiction, breakup and divorce, codependency and other troubling situations.
I don't give advice, but share the sanity restoration tools that where shared with me and helped me find peace in a chaotic world when I was suffering from PTSD, Major Depression, Anxiety and an Eating Disorder as well as multiple addictions.
While I primarily share in my podcast what I learned from the School of Hard Knocks, I also have certifications in Life Coaching, Stress Management Coaching and Divorce Coaching. I am also a Recovery Expert in the fields of addiction and post-divorce trauma.
