In today's episode, we explore the idea of what authentic reciprocity looks like in relationships and how we move away from relationships that are based on giving in an attempt to get something in return.

We talk about:

  • How resentment can be a barometer that indicates when and where our codependent tendencies are being activated
  • The idea that we entitled to anything from a partner being based on the ownership templates we’ve all been raised with
  • How often we over-give our time, effort, and energy to others into others hoping they’ll give the same back to us in return, and why the answer us to pull back some of that energy and begin putting into ourselves.
  • How over-functioners can reframe resentment into an opportunity to step into their own growing edge with vulnerability.

If you love the conversations we’re bringing you as much as we do, please rate and write a review of the podcast so we can get the podcast out to even more people!
