On todays episode I was lucky to have an old friend of mine on! Her name is Chalyn and we actually worked together at a treatment center about 5 years ago. This episode she talks about the healing process that she's been going through since she was young with an eating disorder, distorted image issues and trauma. She actually went to treatment last year to continue to work on herself and heal the areas that still need healing. Its a process but she's worked and is continuing the work to truly heal.
