Can I share a vulnerable moment with you? And it's something I used to be so ashamed and embarrassed to admit or even accept...

But back in 2020 (and let's be real 2020 was a 💩 year) when I was at my lowest, burnt out as a Physical Therapist, I had gained 45 lbs from stress eating...

And when I finally realized just how big the problem became and tried to change my diet and exercise - I just could not lose the weight...

It actually was not until I managed my stress that I finally started to lose weight

And I share this because maybe this might be something you can relate to - where you are starting to realize how much stress might be beginning to affect you physically

And that is why I brought on Becca Failla AKA Coach Bex who is a nutrition expert and coach helping women heal their relationship with their body and food so they can lose weight without dieting and while enjoying the process

I think we as entrepreneurs understand just how important it is for us to show up as our best in our businesses. We cannot do that if our health is in shambles. This is why this episode is so important!

Coach Bex shares with us on this episode the negative effects stress has on your body and how it can actually contribute not only to weight gain but also weight loss resistance
By the time you finish listening you will have learned:

  • The main ways that stress can cause weight loss resistance
  • Why diet culture might be exacerbating the negative effects of stress
  • Ways you can create sustainable change to improve your health
