Today we are joined by Michael Goulden, Owner and Lead Educator at Integra, a London-based private studio delivering personal training & education.
His client roster includes creative professionals, recreational and professional athletes, as well as fellow exercise professionals who want to take their own training to the next level.
Alongside his client work, Michael teaches courses in biomechanics and personal training for Integra and is a member of the teaching staff for the Resistance Training Specialist programs. He regularly consults and lectures for companies such as Cybex and some of the top personal training companies in Europe, such as M10 and the Muscle Mentors.
Michael is by no means a flashy individual and very much lets his knowledge, experience and work do the talking. I believe this is part of the reason why he so well respected by many of the top in-person and online coaches in the industry.
This was an awesome discussion covering some great topics, such as the challenges he faced with introducing The RTS methodology to the UK fitness scene, along with what we can do as coaches to raise the bar of coaching standards & delivery.
