Today I interview 33 year old Jakub Misiek a.k.a. "Kuba" from Poland but grew up in a Polish household in Toronto, Canada. Going through some stomach issues in his early years he started to discover more about healthier eating habits and spirituality but came home one day and got hit hard with some news that his dad had stomach and esophagus cancer. After his sister gave him the book Crazy Sexy Diet from Kris Carr, he dove into it and started to learn and make some real changes which led him to a vegan lifestyle with a stronger focus on raw living foods.
