Adult ADHD ADD Tips and Support Podcast – A Podcast for Neurodivergent Creatives. Top 10 Things I’ve Learned from Life Coaching. This podcast is an audio companion to the book “The Drummer and the Great Mountain – A Guidebook to Transforming Adult ADD / ADHD.”

In this episode, I share my top 10 insights from my life coaching practice. Having started as a coach in 2007, I may be able to provide a bit of perspective on what an effective support system can look like. I’ll offer a few insights into what it looks like to work with our particular wiring over the span of many years. What can change? What can’t? Which actions can make the biggest difference in the long run? Specifically, I’ll discuss:

  • What are the most common positive traits shared by all of my clients
  • What are the most common challenges
  • What’s easy to change
  • What can take a long time to shift
  • What is the common trait among the people that progress the fastest
  • What’s the one action that can make the biggest positive difference in the long term
