It can be so hard to get moving when you feel anxious and overwhelmed, right sweet high achiever? And then, when you feel this way, it’s easy to get trapped in overthinking and lack of movement. But, in this episode, I’m going to teach you one simple tool that you can use to get out of your overwhelm, gain momentum, and start to build trust in yourself - all of these things can help reduce your anxiety.
