Hey there sister friend!
I am so ready to embrace this new week. While I adored spring break festivities, I'm super excited to get back to our normal family routine & to spend time connecting with you & all of my incredible clients.
What you should know about me is that your girl loves vacay, but I really love coming home after vacay! Let's be for real, I don't like coming back to the "to-do's", but I do love returning to schedules, normalcy & sleeping in my own bed. Haha! Maybe that is the control freak coming out in me!? Or maybe it's just the safety of "home" that I find so rewarding after a much needed time away.
Either way, in Episode 132 of the podcast, I share what you need to know about control. I discuss the Restrict/Emotional Eating Cycle & how you can start today to break the habit loop in your life.

Here is what you need to know: in order to let go of control, you must release the fight within you. The battle in your mind is REAL! & it's the hardest one you will ever conquer.
