We all know stress is something you're supposed to avoid when you're trying to conceive...
BUT exactly HOW are you meant to do this? Between medical appointments, financial worries, the strain on your relationship, your friendships, health concerns, your dreams for the future...it's impossible.

Because the reality is, you CAN'T remove the stress of infertility. But what you CAN do, is change your response to it.
