Rising to fame in 2018 for his dating escapades on Love Island, Dr Alex George has since taken the media world by storm, becoming a TV doctor, writer and now Youth Mental Health Ambassador to the government, improving the support that young people receive regarding their mental health. He has also since published two Sunday Times Number 1 Bestsellers as well as bringing out his newest book, The Mind Manual.

From his years as an A&E doctor Alex has become a well known and respected figure, bringing the nation accessible and reassuring advice directly from the frontline throughout the pandemic. He is honest about the struggle with his own mental health, hoping to break the stigma, being an advocate for “post your pill” on Instagram and has since opened up about the tragedy of losing his younger brother to suicide, raising awareness and sharing his grief journey.
