This week, on my 40th birthday, I'm doing something that I've never done before and sharing a list of 41 life lessons from my 40 trips around the sun, in true wisdom-filled Claire style. This time, this celebration, this reflection on what can be seen as both a significant life moment or just another year, has been something I've definitely been feeling from both sides. Both with a lightness for it being just another number, as well as with a deep reverence for the absolute privilege of growing older, of being alive, and for showing up in these wild times knowing there is a service from my heart that is here for the world. I feel my forties are going to invite a rewilding of sorts; a deeper attunement and an embodiment of soul in a way that feels very pleasure filled and activated in the body based and divinely human based experience of life. I'm coming more into my body, sensation, my sensuality, aliveness and pleasure and am inviting in a new level of sacredness to this human experience.
