In this episode, Dr. Steph sits down with Autumn Smith, the Co-Founder of Paleovalley, to hear her remarkable health journey and the story behind her thriving business. Autumn begins by sharing her personal experience of growing up with IBS and how she initially accepted daily discomfort as a norm. As she got older, the condition worsened, becoming unbearable.
