I'm chatting with my incredible client and friend, Jillian Minter. Jillian is the mind behind the food and travel blog Spritz Sunday, where she writes all about travel, wellness, and living la dolce vita!
But. before we began coaching together, Jillian was watching the scale go up and worrying that her love of food, wine, cocktails, and desserts was sabotaging her chances at weight loss. Luckily, after coaching, she's now confident that enjoying food AND consistent weight loss are not mutually exclusive.
