The boys welcome Jake O’Neil onto the podcast to talk all things strength & conditioning. Jake has a degree in Exercise & Sports Science and is an accredited strength and conditioning coach. Jake had an internship lined up with the university of Texas before covid stuck which left him deciding to upgrade with an internship at the Richmond football club (well that’s what the boys think).
They discuss his training and experiences, working with both elite and local everyday athletes. He currently works at Barbell Samurai and has created a program called “Rugged & Robust” which is designed more specifically for anyone who plays AFL. He also designs programs for the individual, making it specific to their needs and level.
