📢I talk🎙️with Karen Hertz 🎇👏 Chief Brewista and Founder at Holidaily Brewing Company;🍺100% gluten-free and the only certified 🍻 women-owned 👩 brewery in the US, distributed in Colorado, Arizona, Kansas, Missouri, Wyoming, Texas, and California. It is currently the largest gluten-free brewery. 🍻 😋
As a two-time cancer survivor, she had to give up many foods but she wasn’t ready to give up beer. 😋 Since nothing in the market hit her tastebuds😋 she opened her brewery 🍺 in February 2016. She was the 5th gluten-free brewery to open its doors.
In their Golden, CO location, the brewery has food trucks and at the Denver Tech Center, they share space with Just Be Kitchen which servers gluten-free items and beyond.
