We are back-after a brief hiatus, with a brand new episode of the podcast. Tonight, we are discussing mental health with my good friend and Psychotherapist Dr. Dwayne Buckingham. May is dedicated to "Mental Health" and we felt it was extremely important, with everything that is happening in our society today as it relates to mass shootings, and this rise in mental illness that we take some time to talk about mental health. Dr. Buckingham is a mental health expert, having worked in the field for over 20yrs he knows the ins and outs of the mental health profession. And in this week's episode he shares some very important keys to improving and maintaining good mental health. We also talk about the impact of mass shootings on our mental health, and why, mental health analysis should be apart of background checks. This is definitely an interview you don't want to miss!

PLUS, we have a dynamic Thought of the Week for this episode entitled, "It Matters!" In line with today's theme of the importance of good mental health, however, we share some virtues that we believe are far more important. I'm sure we've all heard that Black Lives Matter, and Black Voters Matter, and Money Matters, and Education Matters, but we plan to share some spiritual virtues that are far more important than our ethnicity, our skin color, our financial portfolio or even our education. Spiritual attributes that are vitally important to our success as children of God, and we can't wait to share them with you as apart of this week's podcast. Needless to say, this week's episode is power-packed and definitely worthy of sharing. We hope you take some time this week; for the sake of your mental health and others, and listen to this very important episode.
