In 2017, I took an idea to my Board of Advisors. The idea was not well received and consider a distraction to our strategy of targeting business leaders.
That idea to write my second book, Stop the Vanilla in Your Career and Life. Which helps individuals create a career and life plan to love what they do and live the life they want.
At the time, I was unclear on how this would also help business leaders. But after seeing the process implemented into organizations, I now see how it can be used to build high-performance teams.
