Nicole Leth - How 'S#x & Ice Cream' Clothing Became 'Soft Studios'
Manage episode 311531807 series 3137835
In Episode 02, I talk to Nicole Leth, former owner of Sex & Ice Cream clothing store and current owner of Soft Studios in the KC Crossroads.
Nicole offers us tips along with what steps she took to get her first clothing store opened, Sex & Ice Cream, and how they worked for her. (Oh, and we also realized she’s kind of a bat when it comes to real estate shopping….well I realized this….).
With the surprisingly wild success she experienced with her store's opening, she went on to hire several employees and things were off and running. After opening her second store though, challenges began to arise and her ‘Why’ and intention behind opening the store were questioned. She began to realize they might not align anymore with the stress of running multiple stores and twelve employees. Nicole takes us through her journey of Swerving away from her own dream, in order to Swerve towards a new and better one....
