"In order to have what you really want, you must first be who you really are." - Tim Grover

This quote hit me so hard as I listened to it, I had to stop the audio book and record a voice memo with some initial thoughts for me to come back to.

My thinking kept on swirling down this rabbit hole, so much so that I figured I would put the maze together into a solo episode. I've never pushed a solo episode live before so send me your feedback. If you like hearing my thought processes around my own growth in work and in self, I'm happy to share.

Takeaways:

- Self-exploration is a continuous journey that evolves over time.

- Defining who you are is the first step in reaching your next level.

- Removing elements that do not serve your true self is crucial.

- Feedback should be collected intentionally and thoughtfully.

- Not all feedback is beneficial; discern what to apply and what to file away.

- Understanding your default mode can lead to greater satisfaction.

- Visualizing different versions of yourself can aid in self-awareness.

- Surrounding yourself with positive influences fuels your strongest self.

- Self-sabotage often stems from internal conflicts and fears.

- Embracing your uniqueness is key to standing out.
