In this episode we speak again with Jamie Tompkins, Senior Manager at Brentford FC CST and Ascot United 1st Team Manager.

Jamie helps us look at what we might be able to take from the adult game and bring into our youth football coaching to help best prepare young players for first team, adult football. We look back on last season and discuss the success with Ascot United FC and what factors might transfer back down the age groups for younger players. We discuss the importance of attitude, behaviors and mindset, as well as the environment that coaches create.
