If it sounds too good to be true...

It probably is.

In today's episode of the Smart Nutrition Made Simple Show, I call bullshit on all the crap being spewed over social media on how to lose weight without having to make any sacrifices.

Without giving up alcohol.

Without tracking your food.

Without meal prepping or meal planning.

Without giving up junk food.

Because there will ALWAYS be tradeoffs.

And while you don't have to do all of these things to lose weight, the process is going to be THAT much harder in the long-run.
