When it comes to hormone optimization, one-size-fits-all approaches and over-reliance on standardized labs are not the answer.

In this episode of the Smart Nutrition Made Simple Show, I chop it up with Dr. Jordan Grant. Dr. Grant is a board-certified urologist with more than 12 years of experience treating conditions like testicular dysfunction, hypogonadism, and testicular hypofunction. He is also the owner of Grant Hormone and Wellness.
