In this episode of the podcast I had the pleasure of chatting with author and dietician Loraine Cooney. Lorraine is a leading gut health expert at Dublin's Blackrock clinic, where she heads both the Gut Health Clinic and the dietetics department. With a career spanning over two decades in nutrition and dietetics, she is best known as the co-author of 'Gut Feeling' a low FODMAP guide and cookbook. Her areas of expertise helping people manage irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). She also lectures in these conditions and is a proud chairperson of the award-winning dietician's Gastro interest group of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute (INDI). Lorraine is dedicated to helping individuals manage gut-related symptoms. Lorraine is the author of the brilliant new book
