This episode I get to bring back one of my favorite people, Tiffanee Cook. She’s a great friend as well as an outstanding guest. Besides being an accomplished fighter, business owner, speaker and podcaster, she’s witty, high energy, insightful, and curious.

In our conversation we talk about common illusions and biases many of us have around other people, behavior change, learning and even our own intrinsic motivations. Many times, we hear these thoughts echoed from so many people on multiple platforms, we rarely stop to question if they’re true, or at least completely true. When we let go of the ideas that aren’t useful for us, we usually perform better exceedingly better in every critical arena of our lives.
This is a shared episode between me and Tiff’s show “Roll with the Punches.” I even left in some of the sound effects, for sentimental value. Just a disclaimer, the episode starts with a seemingly random, but meaningful, albeit loud outburst. The outburst in question was from me obviously. I believe we were talking about what it was like growing up with Tourette’s and certain misconceptions around it? So just in case you’re thinking “what’s the connection to the subject matter of the episode?” There is none. Beyond that, we really enjoyed the episode and believe you will too. Check out Tiff’s brilliant podcast “Roll with the Punches.”
