Ever feel like no matter how much you plan, you're constantly out of sync?

Cue me also spilling the tea on a VIP day disaster that had me dragging for two days straight because I wasn’t aligned with my body’s natural rhythm (spoiler: never schedule a VIP day on the first day of your period).
