  • How would you approach getting people from classes in the gym onto the email list? Was thinking of printing off a QR code to take them to my landing page but curious to hear how you would handle it

But if you have someone who has initially signed up at your old price then a month later they get told it's increasing, how to handle that?
  • What do you predict the fitness industry to be like in 10 years time now that AI is becoming more prominent in everybody's lives?
  • How do I know if I'm being direct enough? How do I be more direct? Sometimes I think I actually struggle knowing what this actually means
