Andrea Weinmeyer is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner
and owner of Instar Wellness. Andrea helps people who have been
dealing with unexplained physical reactions, whether they are to foods
or are happening for no apparent reason. She helps them get to the
root of their health issues so they stop reacting, stop living in fear, and
living their full lives again.
Andrea knows how it feels to have mystery chronic health symptoms
and what life is like with a chronic illness. In 2018 she developed
unexplained reactions that came out of nowhere. She developed life
threatening allergic type reactions as well as all kinds of other chronic
health issues, including things like debilitating exhaustion, severe
anxiety, brain fog, and tinnitus. Eventually through her own research
and Naturopathic physicians, she learned she was dealing with
something called Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and Histamine
Intolerance.
After spending ten’s of thousands of dollars seeking help for her health,
and without any real results, Andrea learned how to heal herself and
went back to school to be able to more fully heal and so she can help
others do the same. She uses functional lab testing to uncover what is
really going on in her clients’ bodies so the root causes of illness can be
addressed for real and lasting resolution of their health concerns.
