In today’s episode, Jake shares the playbook for incorporating AI into sales onboarding.

This is going to be a game-changer! The longer it takes to ramp new reps, the more revenue you’re missing out on until they’re producing at 100%.

By adding ChatGPT into your onboarding plan, you can get reps 25% more productive in year 1. We’ve talked a bit about the quality of conversations and prep increases when it comes to ChatGPT.

Another application of it is adding these prompts and role-plays into your onboarding strategy.

It’s a no-brainer!

  1. Get reps up to speed on the industries they sell to. This required years of experience to get the nuances but now can be cut into weeks/months.
  2. Get them up to speed on buyer personas. Train a rep in a week top priorities, value prop for that buyer, and how to communicate with various buyer types.
  3. Have reps leverage ChatGPT to simulate customer interactions to practice and refine their selling techniques in a controlled environment.
