This week's guest was diagnosed with HIV in 1991,when she was at University. Emma Cole has now been living with HIV for 33 years. Since her diagnosis Emma has achieved some incredible things, including giving over 2,000 talks about HIV and running the London Marathon! Sarah and Jess speak with Emma about being a long term survivor.
