Lulu is an amazing young leader in the heart health community with her numerous roles in the field of Exercise Physiology and Exercise Science. Lulu is a former college and professional soccer player, whose advanced education led her to a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology where she was a graduate assistant running the Adult Fitness Program in Cardiac Rehabilitation. Lulu has worked as a group class trainer, soccer coach, personal trainer, and Consultant for a Virtual Cardiac Rehabilitation company which was developed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. For the past 4.5 years, Lulu has been working with patients of all different populations and helping these individuals get back to living healthy and sustainable lives. In this lively discussion with Gary, you will be captivated by Lulu's infectious enthusiasm and incredible dedication to our local and global heart health community. AND...
